Green Fire Spice Company was born from a moment of frontier rebellion. I was fixin' to cook a dish that needed the soul of a Jalapeño, but I found myself staring at an empty shelf. Ground Jalapeño powder was nowhere to be found-it was as if the flavor had been wiped off the map. So, I took a page out of the outlaw handbook: I stopped following the trail and blazed my own. When I handed out samples to friends and colleagues, word spread like a posse on a hot scent. They didn't just want a taste; they wanted to know where they could 'rustle up' a jar for themselves. I realized I'd stumbled onto a Texas treasure that no one had the grit to offer. That one unique spark led me to hunt down other rare flavors, and before I knew it, a business was born.
